Are you passionate about community work, eager to explore new cultures, and ready to make a real impact? Join our ESC Teams project in Zugdidi, Georgia, where you’ll spend two unforgettable weeks volunteering alongside young people from across Europe and members of the local community. This project brings together 16 motivated volunteers to engage in meaningful, hands-on activities that address social and environmental challenges. Together with locals, you’ll work to promote inclusion, active citizenship, and shared responsibility, while developing strong interpersonal bonds and learning from each other’s perspectives. Whether it’s organizing community events, supporting local initiatives, or raising awareness about environmental issues, your efforts will contribute to positive, lasting change—both for the community and for yourself. Participant profile
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic young people aged 18–30 from EU countries to join our ESC Teams project in Zugdidi, Georgia. This two-week volunteering experience brings together 16 volunteers to collaborate with local communities on meaningful, hands-on initiatives focused on social inclusion, environmental action, and community building. - Age: 18–30 years old - Residency: Citizens or legal residents of EU member states - Interest in social and environmental topics, community engagement, and intercultural learning - Open-minded and adaptable individuals eager to collaborate in a diverse, international team - Willingness to take initiative, share ideas, and contribute actively to team efforts - Motivation to engage with local communities, respect different perspectives, and promote inclusion
