About you:
To qualify for one of our roles, all you need is …
- High school diploma;
- Some customer service experience;
- Solid communication and listening skills including a friendly telephone manner;
- You care about customers, helping to solve their problems quickly and have a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
- Can-do attitude and a genuine desire to leave the customer with a positive experience;
- PC literate and know how to use Word, Excel and Outlook. Learning new systems is something you can do easily;
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally;
- You’re great at multitasking, including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly;
- Can work in a team and independently;
- Ability to rotate shifts, as needed.
