A minimum of two (2) years as an Administrative Clerk/Assistant or in a clerical setting, or equivalent experience. .

Architect – Civil Engineer – NCC
Must have a minimum of five years’ experience working as a project architect at a major resort, hospital, office complex, large university/school system, or similar building complex managing a preventative maintenance program that uses a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance requests and their expenses. The job holder must demonstrate a progression of increased responsibility including developing scopes of work, construction documents (plans and specifications) and cost estimates for new construction projects, building repairs, equipment overhauls, and equipment replacement schedules.
Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent, in Architecture or Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering or similar degree. The degree curriculum must: (1) be in a school of architecture with at least one curriculum accredited or equivalent by the National Architecture Accreditation Board (NAAB) or Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), or equivalent host-country architecture or engineering board, as a professional architecture curriculum.
Electrical Controls Technician – NCC
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience working at the journey-level in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial building electrical systems including power generation and distribution systems, grounding, and digital building controls and automated systems. Work experience must show a progression of increased responsibility, and the ability to repair complex equipment, components, and systems.
The three (3) years’ experience should include a minimum of two (2) years’ work experience operating and maintaining 3 phase electrical equipment with ampere ratings of 1600 Amps or higher. Must have a career path that demonstrates increased levels of responsibility working on complex equipment, control circuits, and building automation systems.

Electrical Technician – NCC
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience journey-level experience in the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems, power generation and electrical distribution systems, grounding, and control circuitry. This experience should also include a minimum of two (2) years’ work experience on similar sized equipment configurations and systems with an increased level of complex work requirements. Use and implementation of IBC standards, building, electrical, mechanical, and fire and life safety codes in the execution of projects.
Completion of secondary school is required and/or completion of vocational training program from an accredited institute recognized as producing journeyman level technicians with specialization in the electrical field is required. The incumbent will have completed courses of study covering the principles of AC and DC circuitry, power distribution, control wiring, circuit ampacity and safe wiring practices for office and residential buildings, use of diagnostic equipment and electrical meters, and commercial wiring standards including power generation and distribution.
Engineering Technician (Building Automated Systems) – NCC
For the Experience and Education requirements, applicants must meet either Option 1 or Option 2 to qualify.
Option 1:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of filed experience and maintenance of a building automation system (BAS), including computer and microprocessor control system installation and programming. The experience may have been gained as a result of performing general maintenance on computer-controlled systems and equipment; however, at least two (2) years must have been spent in direct maintenance of BAS specific components in a similar environment in addition to three (3) years of experience with large, modern, commercial or Government office building operations and maintenance. Experience working with U.S. building, trade, construction, fire, and safety codes and standards is required.
Education: A 4-year Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent, in Mechanical/Electrical/General Engineering or Computerized systems, control and sensor technology is required. Applicants must have proof of specialized technical training to match background requirements.
Or
Option 2:
Experience: Minimum 8 years of field experience and maintenance of a building automation system (BAS), including computer and microprocessor control system installation and programming. The experience required must be identical to option 1.
Education: High School Diploma

Facilities Supply Clerk- NCC
Two years of experience in supply/warehousing/expendables or property management is required. .
High School diploma is required.
HVAC Controls Technician- NCC
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience at the journey-level in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial HVAC and/or other mechanical system digital building controls with interfacing to the building automation systems. Work experience must show a progression of increased responsibility, and the ability to repair complex equipment, components, and systems..
Completion of secondary school is required. Successful completion of specialized vocational training program from an accredited institute recognized as producing journeyman level HVAC mechanical technicians and mechanical system specialist trained in the maintenance of commercial or industrial buildings/facilities is required. A portion of the training must be in HVAC Controls and the interfacing with Building Automated Systems Technology.
HVAC Technician – NCC
A minimum of three (3) years of journey-level experience in the installation, operations, repair, and maintenance of commercial or industrial HVAC/mechanical refrigeration systems and an additional minimum of three (3) years’ work experience operating, maintaining, or repairing 100-ton chillers or larger, and large air-handling units is also required. Work experience must demonstrate a progression of increased responsibility working on complex sophisticated equipment and components, including operation and maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Completion of secondary school required. Successful completion of vocational training from an accredited institute recognized as producing journeyman level technicians with specialization in the HVAC field is required. The Incumbent will have completed a course of study covering the principles of HVAC, system design, system maintenance and troubleshooting, the various types of Freon and their uses, building pressurization, indoor air quality, and other specialized applications is required.
Maintenance Mechanic Generator – NCC
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of prime or standby power generators for large commercial properties such as high-rise office buildings, a hospital or college campus, or for the local utility company is required. One year of which should be in the operations, maintenance, and repair of 1000 KVA or larger generators.
Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of training program from an accredited institute recognized as producing power generation diesel engine mechanics is required.
Maintenance Mechanic Plumbing – NCC
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience working as a journey-level plumber in the repair and maintenance of plumbing/mechanical systems in commercial or industrial facilities is required. Must have experience working with PVC, CPVC, copper, galvanized, concrete, and black pipe, circulation and well pumps, and water treatment equipment..
Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of vocational training program from an accredited institute recognized as producing journeyman level plumbers and mechanical system specialists trained in the maintenance of commercial or industrial buildings/facilities is required. Training through a recognized apprenticeship program provided by a trade union is considered acceptable.
Trades Helper – NCC
A minimum of two (2) years of maintenance or construction semi-skilled work experience in skilled trades such as mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing), electrical, carpentry, with significant focus on building systems.
Completion of secondary school is required.
Work Control Clerk- NCC
A minimum of two (2) years of office administrative/ clerical experience in a customer-service office is required..
Completion of secondary school is required.Three years of experience in the maintenance or construction field performing repair work as a maintenance supervisor or team lead or in the field of occupational safety as a safety inspector or quality control assurance inspector.
Assistant POSHO – NCC
Three years of experience in the maintenance or construction field performing repair work as a maintenance supervisor or team lead or in the field of occupational safety as a safety inspector or quality control assurance inspector.
Minimum two years post-Secondary studies at the College/University level or a two-year Vocational training in facilities management, environmental safety, construction, engineering, or architecture.
