Store Manager - Luxury Diamond (English and Arabic Speaker)

Our client is one of the oldiest and leading diamond and jewellery company
Job Description
- Preparing the assigned store for sales and service.
- Being responsible for achieving personal and team sales targets.
- Generating and maintain a portfolio of customers, ensuring the retention of existing clientele.
- Diligently follow up on post-sales orders, customer repairs, and maintenance.
- Performing inventory management, stocktaking, product security, and maintenance.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management; Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team; To motivate and lead the team towards achieving sales goals; To manage operational processes between the store and the headquarters; Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and dynamic; Successful in interpersonal relationships, with a friendly demeanor and strong persuasion skills; To have at least an associate degree; To have certificate of diamond sales; Proficient in English, Turkish and Arabic.
